Winter Reset Retreat

A nourishing weekend of
yoga, rest & renewal.

Byron Bay, August 14–17, 2026

Life moves fast and rarely softens its pace for us.
Most of us are carrying more stimulation than our bodies were designed to hold.

If you’ve found your way here, it’s likely because something in you is asking for space to rest.

This retreat was created as a pause and opportunity to reset. Days shaped with yoga, meditation, nourishing food and time in nature, held in a group of people seeking the same quiet recalibration.
Nothing to perform. Nothing to chase.
Just space to slow down & feel yourself again.

What to expect

Yoga that reconnects you to your body
Guided meditations & breathwork
Nourishing vegetarian meals
Workshops on health & wellbeing
Sound healing
Time to rest, reflect or explore nature
Unwinding in the spa facilities
A supportive and welcoming environment

The food

Ayurveda teaches that what we eat & digest has one of the most direct impacts on our health & vitality. When we are eating in a way that is aligned with nature, food is our greatest medicine.

The retreat venue pride themselves on sourcing fresh produce from their own organic gardens whenever possible and opting for local, organic and in-season ingredients. This ensures not only delicious meals but also provides toxin-free food with maximum freshness, delivering optimum nutrients to the body.

You’ll also have complimentary herbal teas and fresh fruit available throughout the day.

All meals served will be vegetarian. The yoga centre can cater to dietary restrictions including gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free and specific allergies. Simply inform me beforehand of any requests and I’ll ensure your experience is tailored.
