rest, yoga, meditation, nourishing food and more ~ surrounded by lush rainforest nature,
with a group of like-minded people. It’s time to reconnect with the simple moments
that ground us and remind us of what truly matters.

The venue
Welcome to Munay Sanctuary.
A heart-centred retreat space designed for
healing and transformation.
I’m really honoured and grateful to host in
this remarkable, sacred space.
An opportunity to discover stillness, deep rest and
be held in the pristine valley of Byrill Creek.
Safely nestled into protected rainforest,
with flowing waters and expansive mountain views.
At Munay Sanctuary you’ll have the opportunity to surround yourself with complete peace so you can relax on physical, mental and emotional levels. There are many quiet spots to immerse yourself in silence or
hang out in the shared areas to connect with others.

Private, spacious ensuite room for those who wish

Price: $1400
Shared room with double bed
Shared accomodation with ensuite and double bed
for those coming together with a friend or partner.
Price: $1250 per person
Triple share room
Shared accomodation with ensuite,
one double bed and one single bed.
Price: $1150 pp
Luxury glamping - triple share
For those wanting to stay in an immersive nature experience.
Each bell tent has 3 single beds.
Price: $1000 pp

The retreat venue is in Byrill Creek which is approximately a 1 hour drive from Gold Coast Airport , 1 hour 15 minutes from Ballina Byron Airport and a 1 hour drive from Byron Bay town.
If you need assistance with transport, please reach out directly and I will help you as best as I can. -
Included in the cost is your accomodation, all meals provided within the program, full retreat schedule and use of the spa facilities (sauna, ice bath and magnesium pool).
Additional costs that are optional:
Massage treatment.
Floatation tank session. -
No - all classes are tailored to suit all levels of experience from beginner to advanced. You can bring your own mat or borrow one from the venue. All other props are provided.

Each day will look something like:
Meditation in the morning, followed by a yoga class, then breakfast. After that there will be a morning workshop for a few hours, lunch and time to rest, explore, use the spa facilities or have a massage. In the later afternoon, we’ll have another yoga class, dinner and then an evening gathering such as kirtan, sound healing or meditation.
There will also be plenty of space for quiet reflection, connection, and simply enjoying the surroundings. The rhythm of the retreat is intentionally slow and nourishing. -
All classes and workshops offered on the schedule are completely optional and not mandatory. You are so welcome to take the retreat at your own pace.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking:
More than 60 days before the retreat:
Payment will be refunded.
Less than 60 days before the retreat: Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided as payments will have been finalised with retreat vendors, co-facilitators and the venue.However, if you are able to find someone to take your place, your booking can be transferred to them.
In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued.
